Black Friday Sales 2009 Leaked by Wal-Mart, Best Buy
Black Friday a week away, the race is on to do it. Black Friday sales competition for 2009 is well under way, as the biggest chains in America are already trying to entice consumers with deals. In particularly, Best Buy and Wal-Mart are going all out to get big Black Friday sales in 2009.

Black Friday 2009 isn’t until November 27, the day after Thanksgiving. As every parent, husband and wife knows, next Friday is the official start of the Christmas shopping season, and one of the most insane days of the year. Consumers are already preparing for the onslaught, and training to make sure they don’t get trampled on.

Black Friday sales are a big deal for every major store chain, especially in these current economic times. Last year, the big day broke out just as the recession did, making it an even more heated battle for precious Black Friday dollars. This year, the economy isn’t as dire for the big chains, but it is still even more important than ever.

The Black Friday sales for 2009 may be led by Wal-Mart and Best Buy this year. At least, that’s what they hope to ensure by leaking their Black Friday deals and prices early. Best Buy is already offering bargain Black Friday prices on certain TVs and other products, to get a jump start on the season.

As for Wal-Mart, their Black Friday sales had been kept under lock and key until they were leaked last weekend. But by then, it was too late to shut it down, so Wal-Mart gave in and leaked all of their Black Friday prices themselves on Wednesday. Now Wal-Mary consumers have over a week to work out what they can buy with their budgets.

Other store chains, and online stores like Amazon, hope to take up their share of the Black Friday 2009 sales as well. The competition is fierce every year, but in this economic turmoil, every scrap counts. As such, it’s no longer enough that the Christmas season begins the second the Thanksgiving parades end – now it has to start even before Thanksgiving arrives.
